the last thing that should be "holding up" the project is a freakin' piece of land in this country... I have heard that this will be a very sought after estate for anything in EV batteries in the coming decade but still, this long delay is not acceptable...
the troube is - DO WE START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PARCEL OF LAND NOW or DO WE WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO SIGN? Reminds me of the Tanzanian govt and the birth of this project simply because we had to move on from that project... AS please tell us that this is just a matter of weeks now and not months... patience is running thin and we need a break... I am sure you guys must be tired sitting in a office all day and must be longing to have a plant ready so that some productive work gets done - pick up the phone and get some signatures happen... this is FRUSTRATING beyond any comfort level now !!!! If it was not the time & money invested over the years, this would be something we could all sit and laugh about... sadly, it ain't :-(
