Lets speculate on construction timeline. My guess:
- construction for pilot plant wont commence until early next year say Jan 23 and will take 12 months with commissioning
- Before commencing construction for expansion, need to:
- lock in binding offtakes,
- Raise capital for shortfall for construction
- Meet all condition precedents for govt funding.
- Construction for expansion probably wont start until July 24 and construction and commissioning should take 18 months to about Jan 26
- Therefore production of 20tpa unlikely to commence until Jan 26. Long way away whilst other peers will be producing 3x as much by then.
Perhaps the shorts are aware of this including the pending cap raise. More downward share price pressure coming IMO
