As a SH, I would want EGR to exercise every legal right available to them to directly or indirectly recover at the very minimum our legal costs and cast a spotlight on the ethics of that company by enforcing our patent protection to the fullest degree. Wouldn't RNU be stuffed then with their PSG plans? This could end up backfiring on them big time! We are getting to the pointing end now, but when is the final hearing and verdict determined, do you know, Spid?

I wonder if there is any correlation between the lowest record of shorts in the last 2 years and the outcome of the patent being near ?
