They didn't really change much in their response, its only the red sections which are the alterations, I am surprised it has taken them 10 weeks to add around 1 page of additional text, IMO they really are grasping at straws.
It's very clear Dorfner objection wants the patent to be more specific with the time/chemical ratio, this might indicate their process (which has no patent) does follow a similar process to EGR and would explain why RNU might be in trouble if the patent is approved.
Does it seem odd to you that both RNU and its testing lab (Dorfner) are the only companies that have objected to the patent application?
BTW, do you know if EGR would be advised by IPAustralia if any documents that have been accessed under freedom of information?
