Hi Shellbell, we can only speculate on why Dorfner didn't apply for a patent, In my personal view, Dorfner didn't have anything to patent.
Dorfner isn't going to go out and develop a new and novel purification process without a customer paying them to develop the process.
As you already know, we have secured the rights to the patent in the USA, I don't think it will be that far away until we secure the Australian Patent along with our other key markets, Europe, Korea and Japan.
