Might I, simply because i have too much time on my hands, but you are assuming/implying all projects are in a similar development phase. This simply is not true. The funding proposal from EGR before the Tanzanian government confirms this - at least in EGR's favour.
Just as in graphite - where quality customers are bankable - not all business proposals are equal.
