It is only for current holders so it doesn’t really matter the price. If it went outside current holders I would be pissed. So as long as we are in a position to get the maximum there is no dilution and a bonus for us.

if they announced the massive sales increase and the price went up and then they announced the CR you would be screaming pump pump as loud as you can so they could not have won from you opinion no matter what they did.

Announcing a cheap raise with options give poor old rusted on holders a good opportunity to buy on the cheap, rewards them for their patience and ensures the CR is fully subscribed.

As someone mentioned the options are in the money now so this could be the last raise as they get cash from the conversion also.

Once we are profitable it doesn’t matter what the share price is because if it is low they can just buy them back so those with patience get an even bigger slice of the pie
