those free shares to Anthony all the other BS that goes on are pushed through by the directors and few top holders in the ‘club.’ The same club that got the convertible note on a sweetheart deal (at the time).

I recall rhere was one shareholder who had a backbone a few years ago. That person had enough shares to force a strike on the remuneration report. Fortunate for them they probably sold way above todays price. Unfortunately for shareholders who need a voice that person sold out…
