Couple things for me that point toward 13th Dec signing;
1) The Instagram post with immediate follow up asx announcements by those mentioned;
2) Her Excellency is going to be the guest of honour she wouldn't be going just for ORR signing;
3) Tony Pearson and other company Chairmans (I know BKT chairman is in Country) are in Tanzania - convenient timing for signing;
4) The already "agreed" free carried interest of 16% and "advanced negotiations underway" - page 16 of the AGM presentation;and
5) The general speed of which GoT are applying (since Samia Suluhu Hassan took over) to make large capex projects happen so they can revenue collect, stimulate GDP, get some trust back into the Country and create jobs. "The government is ready to issue a Special Mining Licence (SML) to Tembo Nickel. I have directed the Tembo Nickel Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to submit the work plan within three days," Dotto Biteko.
