The Minister made mention of Peak in the context of the signing ceremony but Bardin made the market aware of the current status, ie negotiations were still incomplete, I don't see any reason for 'anger and frustration'.
I think there's an outside chance they've wrapped it all up with Peak in time for the ceremony but I'm not anticipating that.
However things are clearly well advanced and the Govt is progressing matters steadily.
