    Four appointments! And they all look like excellent additions to the team.

    But I have a concern about the dramatic increase in expenses that this must entail. Will we see the level of expenses blowout dramatically in 2021/22? The new appointees will need to bring in results in a reasonable timeframe - starting this FY.
