I like that it is Nan who is representing the company in this announcement— it is now about time I think .

(Alex comes across as aloof ,or preoccupied maybe & has not been able to keep the market updated or represent ECS sufficiently on his own, or ensure regular information flow for instance. There should have been a lot more upbeat news stories released. This is typical of emerging companies where much is required business wise in the box seat —but you still ultimately need someone who will speak to the market and , **more publicly represent the company and tell the story and transmit news when it is happening**)

Shareholders for sure have been annoyed with how this year has gone due to the second inopportune CR , although it became clear that it was best that the company have additional capital & buy specialised equipment & up-value the harvest product at site, to ensure optimal sales & the time to best place & transit all of our precious marijuana product into local and international markets.

Alex K must be extremely busy for sure but he is CEO and well- remunerated & I think absolutely incentivised to grow the leading medicinal marijuana company ECS envisaged to be —
I’ve hoped Nan would take leadership reins more too and be the ECS excellent spokesperson.

These team appointments appear excellent.
I was happy to invest in MXC back in 2016- 18 and continued to monitor the company for a long while.
ECS is more my choice this past year and my only medicinal marijuana stock now — very much want to see this company grow and be recognised as is deserved !

ECS have the best land in NW Tassie & hugely experienced farmers/ landowner partnerships and growers on board . Growing medicinal plants under strict regulatory requirements is already very much the expertise of ECS growers .

Nan is a veteran in this industry, owner & grower and successful businessperson who developed food and medicinal product from now organically grown hemp.

Note also from this announcement - biodynamic farming methods, absolutely excellent! And not easy . This is not only ‘organic’ farming.
*Real achievement of biodynamic farming principles requires high intelligence and great dedication on the ground literally. And is so worthwhile.
Tasmania are leaders. And also in local micro- climate understanding and optimising each unique crop’s management.
*ECS have quality farmers and can control the land practices very well. The agronomy and highest standard farming practices - makes the quality plants.

ECS have put enormous efforts into building the base business and merged with Murray Meds this year. They have the Australian and global connections and marketing networks in place . Very different company in a year from now I think
