I see absolutely no reason why ECS and CPH shouldn't have similar market caps. Whether that means CPH is too high (pardon the pun), or ECS is undervalued, I'm not sure. But I am of belief that ECS should be closer to CPH's 180million MC than what it is now. Ok....so if that's a bit far-fetched, then half the MC would still bring ECS to approx .15c SP. Consolidate until genuine material announcements regarding substantial contracts, and go up from there.
Just my opinion...
