You would think if Nan-Maree is saying this, we have built a great relationship with TAG, then she would have done her research and felt sure they were capable of coming through on the deal. Either that or she just didnt care and wanted a good looking deal on the table in order for ECS to approve the buyout of Murray Meds so she gets her $2.5 million cash and 5 million of shares. At the end of the day they were talking about 500k of rev a year, so if the deal is dodgy they will need to find other buyers asap, but the credibility of Nan and Alex are on the line with this deal being legit.

And your right  to question TAG having a strong ecommerce platform? Where?

Alex really needs to come out and address shareholders concerns, this is amazing the share price has dropped over 35% from the high now since this CR was announced, with big sell orders so obviously big investors getting out, and still no effort in addressing shareholders.

Share holders have many questions, have asked him these directly, and we still have absolutely zero reponse. Yet on Monday hes going to be presnting on a zoom conference about cannabis and hemp, I mean get your priorities right, your shareholders the ones that have funded you and making this all possible (nice big salaries included) are asking questions and want answers on what you are doing with their hard earned cash and you dont respond, but then go and do some zoom calls.
