With the Murray Meds deal of 100 mill shares + this recent cap raise of 80 mill shares + the SPP of 40 million shares, means we have gone from having shares issued of:
726 million issued + 220 million issued
= 946 million
This is a pretty big dilution now, talking 30% more shares which is a 23.26% dilution.
