Yep thats one thing Alex was saying in his presentations as well. I dont know how much the general market is aware of it though, like a lot of things with ECS, stacking up all in the right direction but will just take patience for this to all come to the surface.
The sell supply is very puzzling to me, I mean since the last CR we have had approx 250 million shares that traded UNDER the CR price, which is odd because the CR was only 200 million shares. So we have cycled through more than the CR amount at under the CR, just really dont see where its coming from as none of them would be in profit. It is frustrating, and for a long while there I was watching nothing else but ECS as I had most of my capital in it, but Ive made money elsewhere and been able to focuse on stocks that move so less caught up in frutration of ECS staying still.
Im just quietly confident that ECS is building a solid company, the business model works, cheap outdoor grows that are easy to expand with demand, extraction and selling to pharma partners, hemp and CBD products, distribution established with woolies and coles. It just takes time for market to catch on, and I think the sector is just not in favour now, but when the sector is in favour this will be the one to get the most gains imo, look at the market cap compared to peers, and we have many more revenue streams that are all growing compared to them, and also the underlying product grown at a much cheaper price, inputs cost less.
Look at an IHL chart, it had a similar history in moves to ECS, where it went up to 8 cents, then down to 2-3 cents where it stayed for over a year..like what ECS is doing now. Then market caught on in late 2020 and its just been grinding up and now at 66 cents. Whilst I would be very happy with anything above 10 with ECS, and I think 10-20 range is going to be very possible when cannabis stocks are in favour again, but I just think we are in the point now where we are going to be hovering at these 3 levels some up and down until we do see cannabis ETFs turn for good. I realise now that if I truly believe in the ECSs future, which I do, complaining about movements and here when is like complaining about movements when IHL was at 3cents for a year, time will come where we will look back and wish we could of bought all this supply .
