I hear you. That sort of stuff happens all the time, delays and miscommunication are just less noticeable with more established companies I believe. Given the hyper focus on more speculative stocks I think we pick up on more things.
I emailed the investor centre the other week for another speculative stock I own and got an auto response saying my email couldn't be delivered lol
