All the big sell orders have dissappeared, and buy side thickened up. I would be very interested to see the top 20 and who participated in this raise. We were always curious why we couldnt get momentum to the upside with all these good announcements, and there were always some big sell orders popping up to scare buyers and big walls of sells to dissuade buying, perhaps someone with some money, was using their size to keep the price down, pressured the cap raise to they could buy in lower and now will let it go.

To me what stood out was the cost to also upgrade existing PCEs on the same timeframe and an additional warehouse. This cost is substantial and probably wasn't feasible in the same timeframe without additional cash whilst also trying to build the new PCEs. Im not a fan of the raise and think it should have been conducted at a premium, but I do see some validity in it.
