Yeah it feels rushed and out of nowhere, agree if they wanted to do the raise and it was needed, why not take the time get best possible deal available, we have $4.6 mill of buffer, we had time, if they raised $4mill in a couple of days, why not take a little longer and raise at premium? Definitely could of been done.
I know im not privy to all the behind the scenes, but Im dissappointed in the decision making here.
