Hey mate, I don't even think it needs numbers you just need to apply some reasoning to what's available right now. They have $2.6m in the bank but they can't use all of that, they need a buffer. The $2m NAB facility everyone is referring to is actually only a $1m facility. Nan said herself in a recent interview that this is being reduced from $2m to $1m by NAB. This is what happens when banks lower their exposure to a sector, usually prompted by anticipated losses e.g. CAN.
Now, how much money is actually coming in per quarter at the moment? The answer to that is zero, they are still losing a small amount of cash each quarter because of the investments they're making in their business. So adding the cost of building the new PCEs on top of the current free cash flow deficit will eat into their buffer and could result in no new PCEs being constructed at all over the next 12 months.
