Ok folks, I have owned shares in this company for couple of years now and still do, couple of takeaways from the announcements, which are largely only my opinion below.

Firstly and most importantly, the current share price of $0.025 is probably the lowest it could get, given the recent announcements around secured contracts.

My concern here is two things, the CR is being given at $0.022 which is a good 12% discount on an already very low SP in exchange for only $4,000,000 in cash.

The other matter is that for the massive dilution of SP, the current holders neither have a say, nor do they get to participate in it.

Now supposedly, this "sophisticated investor" is buying at $0.022 and gets to sell in the next two years somewhere in the vicinity of $0.033, in the process making roughly $0.033 - $0.022 = $0.011 per share which times by 181,818,900 being issued is: $2,000,007.9

On the other hand a business line of credit offering $4,000,000 even at 10% unsecured business loan will cost about $800,000 in that same two year period (possibly even less if the loan is variable and interest rates drop in coming months) which is less than half of the potential earnings for this "sophisticated investor"

So therefore ladies and gentlemen, either:

The directors are taking this money to fund their lifestyle and in the extreme scenario go belly up which is not an unusual occurrence these days that labour government is in power. Many companies have done it.

OR

This sophisticated investor is doing secret handshakes with the directors as they know something we dont in terms of potential earnings and upcoming contracts and are leaving the share holders out of it by doing it in a way just so that it neither needs shareholder approval nor requires their participation.

Time will tell, for the sake of holders I hope at least it is the latter but the whole scheme of how they are doing it is very fishy.
