An article here on MJBiz, it's not full legalisation but the author expects the major benefactors of this legislation to be the medical cannabis industry because it removes the need for a narcotic prescription form. I might be misunderstanding, but would that mean that pharmacies become quasi-retail outlets selling medical cannabis to the general public? If so, that's pretty big for ECS given they already have a footprint in the country.
