Well so far the market seems to like it and I can understand why:
- Small discount (9%), fully subscribed, no free options to subscribers
- Production to expand to 13m tonnes in FY26 from ~6.2 tonnes in FY24
- Revenue to expand to $100m using simple unit economics from their expansion to 13m tonnes
- EBITDA to expand to >$10m
- Already profitable and cap raise will expand profitability substantially
- FY26 guidance puts them on a forward P/E of 3.22 @ 2.5c
Good thing they already own an excavator, bring on the new PCEs!
