There will be no profit from BM. It's a pilot plant only. If they owned the coal or urea plant it may be possible, but when you are buying in both products at relatively small scale they will not be able to produce something competitive with existing manufacturers.
They even acknowledge that in the announcement "This stage will not prioritise financial performance".
It's a race to revenue, not profit.
