I think you and some others are missing the point, NMDC had not finalized the terms of the RCA.
GF and JB in the last couple of days have obviously met with NMDC to get a conclusion to those RCA negotiations, when this RCA is taken to the NMDC board meeting within the next couple of weeks if any board member asks “have NLCIL and ECT approved this RCA?” The answer will be “yes, ECT announced via the asx their approval and NLCIL had given in-principle agreement based on our approval some time back” or NLCIL may reconfirm that prior to the NMDC board meeting or just after.

Importantly all partners have again confirmed their intent to get to financial close by 31st March.

This also alerts those considering a last minute take up of the 30% discount that we are on track, can’t say they weren’t kept informed.
