I've never thought to have real world experience in dealing with the Indian government, but I do have some sort of faith in the company achieving their goals at this slow pace.

What frustrates me is when a company has released 'Price Sensitive' after ' Price Sensitive' announcement and no share price appreciation, and only flat line performance it begs to question what is wrong with the COY with such "amazing" announcements. Now, you can't tell the all buyers are 'blind' to the progress... No cornerstone sophisticated investors, no re-rate in price as mentioned many times by advocates to ECT. 

My point was the announcement did not need to be 'Price Sensitive' as it clear was not, as with many of their other announcements.
