It's hard to say anything about the "deal or MOU" until we see some further details. It's very interesting they say they HAVE "decided" on Coldry.
IMO, K Coal sound like they have a project or possible coal allocation somewhere that will be using the preferred Coldry technology over inferior technologies that produce sludge as a by product instead of clean water.

Todays open was very interesting and I see it as a tree shake.

Someone wanted the sellers to sell at .006 because the buyers were staking up at .008, the sellers lowered their orders to get first off the rank... they all thought they were going to get hit at .007 The buyers pulled away and snatched those shares at .006 before the weak sellers could pull em back.

Someones real keen on ESI and todays total of near 9million will be thrown on-top of the other 80 million buys at .006 over the last few days.
