What the hell? How is this anything but verbose rewording of ECT's current position?
This announcement isn't that of any progress or forward movement but just more resource R&D, more collaboration with yet another new company, more 'opitmisation' and a whole lot of circular talk that out of this a 'binding offtake agreement' will miraculously appear (St Rizzo intercedes directly with God?) so they can raise the capital to build the production infrastructure to actually make a product to sell.
What the hell? How is this anything but verbose rewording of...
