Has anyone any idea or seen any announcements (from ECT or their partners) from where or who the capital for the infrastructure construction is coming from to produce the hydrogen at Bacchus Marsh (projected as May 2023)?
Seriously, it's as big a mystery as how they are going to be showing these Panasonic fuel cells running there, what, with a 12 volt car battery so the lights on them will blink?
