    re: Ann: EDC Commencing Exploration on JV Pro... Looks to me like HRL had to take it or leave it, with even their initial payment of US$0.8 mill is subject to repayment if EDC don't like what they find. Positive that some work is starting but no great benefit to HRL just yet.
