The last 1000t will come with equity, and I am guessing a lot of it - that was the plan.
The remaining offtaker for 1000t is potentially the reason for the last minute expansion plans - I’m just making an obvious link given 3 months ago, Darryl mentioned in a meeting to shareholders that he didn’t want to focus too much energy on expansion at this stage, here we are with clear signals (both in the presentation and the recently quarterly briefing) that expansion is a focus.
Given this debt is now announced, it signals a start in newsflow - maybe getting close to finalising this last offtaker? Sounds like you’re tipping it’s Germany, I’m leaning towards the US.
