shorts are up to almost 7% since the last raise when they dropped to 3%. now in and around the top 20 most shortest companies. do you think they got it wrong this time? the presentation says there will be a raise. im wondering if there might be a bit too much optimism here that it will be at higher prices. shorts always seem to have a way to win.
