Who knows what went on behind the scenes for the whole deal to collapse.
If they had difficulty paying the $1m upfront, that's one thing.
If it was ZLD mgmt's attitude to them, that's another.
Either way, zld aren't being forthcoming in an explanation for the collapse.
Sure, business is business, but will this have a knock-on effect on potentially further licensing deals for the tech ?
