The announcement purely and simply shows EDE at a turnaround point in India demonstrating the ability to operate producing a net cash positive surplus which with all subsidiaries then transfer that cash amount to the holding company.
This also shows shareholders the validity of a company and its directors being able to demonstrate a positive outcome.
It may convince the faudsters we are not a notforprofitorganisation.
