All 3 members of the circus will have to raise again soon. For all their talk, the happy crowd wont put in a cent (they have lost to much already). Can they get any sophisticated investors interested still, who knows?.

They wont be able to swap anymore money between the piggy banks, without tighter scrutiny as the money runs out.

There's no way they could take a lose like last year again and there's not much further the share price can fall as it is.

My prediction is, next step consolidation, it may then look more inviting to institutions, but that support will soon run out if sales don't double or treble each quarter.

I think maybe a year left if any other the other 2 siblings go under and both look in worse condition than EDE.
