For a director to convert $1.2 mill debt to shares shows a lot of confidence, combined with on going discussions with a large US company to license their products and currently an assessment of suitability to use their products was to be finalised pretty soon.
These were due to be completed in 1 to 2 months as of 19th July so we are in the timeframe now.
