The pandemic 'excuse' is absolute BS. The US never experienced anywhere near the hysteria-driven lockdowns we had in Australia. Only 24/50 states had any form of travel restriction or stay at home orders. In Colorado and Georgia the very limited restrictions had ended by May 2020. That was over three years ago.

Edencrete sales are falling ( down 20% YoY). The 'increased' sales of Optiblend were one-off and seasonal. The IP value has been mostly written off. EDE was bailed out by a temporary loan from TAS which was quickly swapped for worthless shares. The only tangible 'asset' is a block of land in Georgia with a book value far in excess of it's market value.
