re: Ann: Eden receives $800,000 in settlement... i think for things to turn around they need to eliminate the cash burn rate. directors, (the lawyers) need to stop paying themselves through their law business for legal advice etc, how much of this $800,000 will be eaten up in legal fee's? Where is the benefit of having lawyers as directors?
Yeah its good news getting the law suit settled and winning for once instead of losing and paying out money. The la jolla debarcle needs to be put to rest and the cash burn substantially reduced and i may consider buying back in but until then i see cap raising after cap raising
