The original loan was 2 properties, now the new loan is 3.
I wouldn't say positive spin, just being transparent but now obviously more in debt. I suppose it is the only thing they can do cause in the CV19 times only loan sharks will lend as we are seeing. Would M&D investors be forking out cash in times like these if they are unemployed and/or struggling?
Will be interesting to see how the market reacts to the new information. A further 2.5mill($AU) added to the coffers giving a further ~3months breathing space and times for the world to change.
