Good post mate, you sound very similar to my situation, to other ede holders at least give the board some credit if they didn't secure the latest we would be doomed I said exactly what this company needed to do or it's all over. This is a life line and not a bad deal. Remember this, we have no money and the global economy was terrible, things are changing slowly and we are still surviving, if the board didn't do this it's all over imo, because we would have needed to raise more $$$ and unfortunately I would not assist. Now we have time and Solomon has done a reasonable job imo, considering the terrible past decisions and situation, good luck to all
