Agree. i think this is very positive and really not a bad deal given this market. much better to to have shares (29%)in the UK company than cash (if we got cash it would be spent and not distributed). I hope in time that we will get an in-speccie distribution of SHALE UK shares though not before EDE has got themselves in a more stable commercial fotting with their other ventures. as docmin say, we'd be dead in the water shortly without this deal.
