Hmmm... very complicated looking deal. Nothing straightforward with EDE announcements, its very hard to really judge exactly how much this deal is or could or maybe worth if or when or maybe it happens at all.
Lots of get out clauses pretty much covering all world events that have happened to man and the planet since I was borne.
Time will tell but I guess it has helped them to raise some more capital in the short term. GLTAH.
