well, I have no idea of what the "new project" is, so I went looking.
The EDE comment about the "new project" was in Qtrly released 30 April.
I have read that the cargoes going thru POS have dropped by about 18% since Covid.
As a result the empty shipping containers need somewhere to sit, until cargo volumes resume.
According to media releases, POS has plenty of spare land, and is "making room" to store these empty containers.
The following article is dated 23 March, so prior to EDE release, so EDE comment might be related to the new container storage?
I would imagine that these containers would need some concrete storage pads??
just speculation on my part.
