    Imho, EDE’s commentary is unreliable re Texas.

    A lawyer being an unreliable witness? Go figure.

    ¬ ApprovalofthesemixdesignsbyTexasDepartmentof Transportation (TXDOT) proposed to be undertaken, which may result in a resumption of the regular sales of EdenCrete® in Texas.
