Like others here I have held EDE for many years, during which time there have been massive share issues. According to their website, EDE has 1,262,172,800 shares on issue, mind boggling. Market cap today is probably about $AUD 260 odd million, no doubt propped up by projections from US Investor Presentations like Colorado Stage 2 being complete by Q2, 2017 and generating minimum $US 50m sales p.a. Complete B....S. We long term holders know that objectively but subjectively we get caught up in the hype.

The market is heartless and is clearly saying "show us the money". Sales of $US 85,000 (spread over a period) will barely cover some of those expensive salaries. Sure, EDE should be looked upon as a long term investment, but the company needs to get BIG sales soon or else the large players will lose confidence and take a haircut to chase better opportunities.

The Board is no doubt finding that building a real company is more difficult than ramping up a speccy. Imo the pressure is on the whole Board to perform or else.
