I wouldn’t call that a “classic pump and dump”. More like selling because they wanted a quick buck, by buying in ; don’t forget a lot of buyers have been falling back for some time now in the queue. The market was weak and the announcement that triggered a run, shows me that people are interested but want a good deal in the share price
