Make a clear statement either local mixes i.e. aggregates as cement is fairly consistent. Sand is an aggregate. The one varient missing is how other standard admixtures behave. You don’t know that they haven’t been putting up with good enough and had higher expectations.
Could be that 10-20-30% improvement isn’t enough to Change a process. It might be enough to warrant a change but most are resistant to change.
