This quarter we have had multiple sales in Georgia, Colorado, Ohio and Kansas for a variety of usages.
You need to read more carefully. EDE nearly always uses the term "orders" that are "worth" X dollars. That is just a lawyer's way of saying it's a free sample.
There is no mention of any payment in this - or the Kansas - announcement.
