LoL. No. Won't wash unless you can show us the FHWA (not the FWHA) actually did specify Edencrete for these contracts. While they may be "allowed" to do so, AFAIK the previous announcements from Eden have all said that the GDoT only issued certain specifications for the mixes and that Edencrete could not be specified. And the GDoT AFAIK controls the tender process, which must comply with the FHWA regulations as well since that is where part of the funding comes from

So unless you can show us where it says Edencrete was specified for these tenders, its just another misleading post from you.
