Gross Profit (aka Gross Margin) is Revenue minus Cost of Goods Sold. It doesn't include fixed costs. The real cost of Edencrete is an order of magnitude higher than $25 once the massive overheads are included. In fact EDE costing 'methods' seem to be little more choosing an arbitrary price of $25.
So they (probably) have a Gross Profit but still sell at a (massive) loss.
The problem is the inability of holders to understand even the most basic business concepts. Not my alleged 'inconsistency'.
